1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AstroVaani Aapka ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), governing your access to and use of our website located at https://astrovaaniaapka.co.in and our official WhatsApp interactive bot interface.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately refrain from interacting with our WhatsApp bot and cease using this website.

2. Description of Services

AstroVaani Aapka provides digital Vedic astrology calculations, chart syntheses, and consultation guidance delivered electronically through WhatsApp across 7 Indian languages (Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi):

• Free Basic Janam Kundali: Generates an instant summary of your Lagna (Ascendant), Moon sign (Rashi), Nakshatra, active Vimshottari Mahadasha, and prominent yogas at ₹0.
• Detailed 8-Section Kundali & Astrologer Chat (₹99 One-Time): Delivers an in-depth life report analyzing career, finance, marriage, health, planetary transits, and customized Vedic remedies, plus access to a 5-day interactive astrologer chat on WhatsApp (capped at 10 questions/day).
• Daily Rashifal Subscription (₹49/month): Delivers a personalized daily transit-based astrological briefing to your WhatsApp each morning at scheduled hours.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use this service.
• Accuracy of Information: Because Vedic astrological charts depend entirely on the exact time and place of birth, you are solely responsible for providing truthful and accurate date, time, and birthplace details. AstroVaani Aapka is not liable for skewed readings caused by inaccurate user inputs.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to send threatening, vulgar, obscene, racially discriminatory, or harassing messages to our WhatsApp bot or astrologer support staff. Any abusive conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• Compliance with WhatsApp Policies: You agree to abide by Meta's WhatsApp Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices displayed on astrovaaniaapka.co.in and within WhatsApp are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless explicitly noted:

• ₹99 One-Time Fee: Grants immediate generation of the 8-section report and 5 calendar days of chat access (up to 10 questions per calendar day). Chat questions expire after 5 days from purchase.
• ₹49/Month Subscription: Auto-renews on a monthly billing cycle via Razorpay recurring subscription mandates until cancelled by the user. You can cancel at any time by texting "CANCEL" on WhatsApp or emailing support.
• Secure Gateway: Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store or touch your card details or banking passwords.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand names, computational routines, proprietary prompts, report styling, and written content on astrovaaniaapka.co.in and within the AstroVaani Aapka bot are the exclusive intellectual property of AstroVaani Aapka.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and download your personalized astrological report for personal non-commercial use only. You may not resell, reproduce, republish, or commercialize our reports without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• AstroVaani Aapka, its founders, operators, employees, and astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or relationship dissolution) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
• In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific service in dispute (i.e. capped at ₹99 or the single latest monthly fee of ₹49).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroVaani Aapka and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our WhatsApp bot or refuse service at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or subjected our staff to harassment.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Durgapur, West Bengal, India for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
